“PLF #1 Mechanism for Seeing” embodies the text, “I have a mechanism for seeing called eyes”, which is an excerpt of dialogue from Jean Luc Godard’s film from 1965, Pierrot le Fou. The text is suspended in the material of the sculpture, which in itself refers to the architectural house models of Peter Eisenman from the late 60’s.
